Most fitness apps give you another number. px gives you a decision. Each morning it reads your sleep, heart rate variability and calendar against your own normal, then sets one plan across Move (training), Mind (meditation and breathwork) and Fuel (food), with the reason for every change. Short night? The session eases and px tells you why. Ask px by voice or text and it rebuilds the plan. Works with Apple Health, Health Connect, Garmin, Oura and 20+ apps, or just your phone.

Hi Product Hunt, I’m Cameron, founder of px.
I spent 12 years in Australian elite swimming, with my final three training alongside the Australian Olympic squad.
At one point, I had ten coaches, every wearable you could imagine, more data than I knew what to do with, and a protocol for almost everything.
Somehow, I felt more lost than I did as a kid with one great coach.
Every app gave me another number, another score, another dashboard. But none of them answered the question I actually had each morning:
What should I do today, and why?
That’s really where px started.
Grayson Bell, a world champion swimmer for Australia and now our CTO, and I wanted to build the coach we wished we had.
px brings your training, mind and food into one place. It understands things like how you slept, what your day looks like and what you’re working towards, then helps set your day before you wake up and explains why.
The idea is pretty simple. Less noise, fewer disconnected decisions, and one place helping you understand what to do next.
px is now live on iPhone, iPad and Android, available in 15 languages, with 7 days free.
For the Product Hunt community, use code PX30 for 30 days free instead of 7.
We’re still early and learning every day, so I’d genuinely love to hear what you think.
I’ll be here all day, so ask me anything about px, how we built it, or how it decides what you should do next.
