For about 10 years I ran my company's time off on a SharePoint add-in. When it was discontinued this year, I looked at the replacements. Most charged per person, or hooked me with a cheap plan and then put approvals, tenure rules or imports on a pricier one. Tracking time off shouldn't cost an arm and a leg, so I built PTO Fox.
It's for US teams of 5 to 250 people: office teams where everyone requests their own time off, and companies where a manager records it for people who never sign in.
The price is flat by company size, from $19 to $129 a month, never per person. Every plan has every feature, and we'll never charge you more for a feature someone else gets. That includes approvals, yearly allowances with carryover and tenure step-ups, coverage warnings by position, a printable who's-out calendar, CSV import and export, and an audit trail that can't be changed. No cap on how many of your people can sign in.
