Couldn't find a simple way to share workouts with my remote personal trainer—most apps were too complex or catered to celebrity trainers. So, I built Protokol: an easy tool for trainers and clients to share and track workouts without the hassle.

I built it because i could not find a simple way to share the workouts with my remote personal trainer. Most of the solutions were built by famous individuals, or companies that aim for famous actor personal trainers and build the app around them. I want to be able to get update workout plans from my local personal trainer. I tried asking him to use some existing solutions, but they were all too complicated for him and he defaulted to pdfs which i did not like using in the gym. I also wanted to easily share with my friends who were also starting the gym.
