Hey everyone, ProTaskInnate started out of frustration. I was juggling sticky notes, browser tabs, and a few different productivity apps, but nothing really fit. Simple tools felt too limiting, and project management apps felt like overkill for everyday use. At some point I stopped looking and just built something for myself. The idea was simple: keep notes, tasks, and calendar in one place that is always visible and easy to use. No friction, no setup, no feeling like you are managing a system instead of getting things done. It evolved into a desktop widget that sits alongside your workflow and stays out of the way until you need it. This is the first version, and I have a lot more planned like calendar sync, shared spaces, and additional panels. I am especially interested in how people actually use it day to day.
