Finally tried ProQuote and the e-signature flow is smoother than I expected, clients signed without the usual back-and-forth. The mobile quote builder feels a bit cramped on longer descriptions though.
Adding a quick "compare versions" button on a quote would help clients see what changed if you revise terms after sending, which would save a lot of back and forth.
Would love a way to set recurring quote templates for my most common services so I don't rebuild them each week. Right now I copy old quotes and edit them down, but a proper template library with merge fields would save me a ton of time when a new lead comes in.
Love that you can send a quote and get it signed right from the phone without jumping to another app. That kind of end-to-end flow is honestly rare in this space.
