We built Proptz because we saw a big gap in Dubai's real estate market. Thousands of people know potential property buyers but have no way to earn from those connections unless they hold a broker license. The problem we wanted to solve was simple: why should only licensed brokers benefit from referrals? Anyone with a network should be able to earn from Dubai real estate. So we built Proptz, a mobile app where anyone can submit a property buyer referral, track the deal in real time, and receive a payout automatically when the deal closes. No license needed. No selling. No follow-ups required. As we built it, we realized the opportunity was even bigger than Dubai locals. People living in India, UK, Pakistan, and other countries know buyers who want to invest in Dubai. So we made Proptz available globally on iOS and Android.
