Quick question — after launching, are you still personally handling support or billing emails?

I’m noticing how easy it is for important emails (like payments or real leads) to get buried in noise during launch phases. I’m building a tiny inbox worker for myself to fix that, and wondered if that’s something you’re dealing with right now.
