PromoPrep - Marketing Calendar Software: Intuitive Marketing Calendar & Promotion Planning Software

Hello Hunters & Makers! We are so excited to share PromPrep with everyone! Working in marketing, particularly in ecommerce/retail, keeping track of promotions and marketing events is very challenging. Most brands manage their marketing calendars in spreadsheets, then email everyone on their team when updates are made (often with little explanation of what was added or changed). After getting frustrated with this process, we developed PromoPrep to help businesses manage their marketing and promotion calendars in real-time. First, it takes the marketing calendars out of spreadsheets and puts them into an actual calendar :) All of the details are captured including start and end dates/times, promo codes and landing pages, plus files can be uploaded like creative assets and media plans to give teams everything they need to run the promotions. We also added a team chat function so teams can collaborate about the promos and the communications stay connected to each marketing event. When promos are added or modified everyone is notified over email so everyone stays updated in real time when changes happen. Promos can also be grouped and filtered by marketing channel (ie: paid search, social, email, etc), promo type and product categories. We would love your feedback on the website and tool!
