ProjectArena is where developers & indie founders publish projects, get real feedback (not just likes), and build reputation as helpful feedback earns coins. Level up Member → Middle → Senior → Lead Expert, invite teammates, post updates, and join tournaments — free or paid entry, real prize pools, revenue share for senior+ experts. Core loop is live; next up: realtime updates and growing our first user cohort.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built ProjectArena because I kept seeing devs and founders post their projects for validation and get nothing but emoji reactions back. The idea: make useful feedback count — helpful replies earn the feedback-giver coins, and consistently helpful feedback builds a real expert reputation (with a leveling system: Member → Middle → Senior → Lead Expert).
On top of that, we added tournaments — teams can enter for free or for a real entry fee, competing for a prize pool, and senior-level experts on the platform get a share of tournament revenue.
Right now the core product is live: publishing, feedback + coins, team invites, project updates, profiles/achievements, and tournaments with payments. Next on the roadmap is realtime updates and growing our first cohort of real projects.
Would love your thoughts — especially if you've ever shipped something and wished the feedback you got was actually useful. Happy to answer anything below 🙌

Curious how the coin system actually translates into anything tangible for someone just starting out with zero reputation — like can you cash out small amounts early, or is there a minimum threshold before it becomes worth the time invested in giving feedback?

@bnyaminlo5l Great question! Coins are the platform's internal currency - they unlock free tournament entries and AI summaries, so giving feedback translates into real value from day one.
The bigger picture though: the more quality feedback you give, the faster you level up to Expert status. Experts get access to paid tournaments and earn real cash from the prize pool - so consistent feedback isn't just altruistic, it's actually a path to income.
Honest caveat: if you're purely looking to cash out small amounts immediately, this isn't that. But if you're building something yourself and want feedback on your own project in return - the loop pays off pretty quickly.
What are you working on? Happy to show how it fits your workflow!
