Product Design Fellowship: An industry-based program for aspiring Product Designers

Hey y'all! Really excited to be sharing this on Product Hunt. I've been in conversations with a lot of designers who're early on in their careers, as I have been with Design Leaders at multiple organisations. And there are common frustrations. Designers are frustrated with being limited to UI Design ("Make it pretty"), not being able to conduct or justify user research, and also find it challenging to contribute to Product Strategy. Design Leaders want designers on their teams to understand business goals and how they can connect user needs to business needs. This is why we are launching this program, to help designers build the skills they need to expand their scope and impact of Design in the organization. We're super excited about partnering with startups like Gojek, Razorpay, and Scripbox! And we're closely working with them to make sure folks in the program are learning stuff that's important. Designers from these startups will also be offering time in the form of masterclasses, office hours, and mentoring. At the end of the program, we will host a Demo Day, where participants will showcase their work, so they can take their next major step in their career as a designer.
