As someone who has spent months supporting platforms and engaging genuinely with emerging tech ecosystems, my experience with Product Canyon has been deeply disappointing.
After winning a top spot in their major promotional giveaway (valued at $1,000 in credits) back in late 2025, what should have been a great milestone turned into a 7+ month ordeal.
The Reality: Out of the promised value, I have only ever received a fraction (roughly half) of the software codes. The rest have been met with endless delays, broken license keys, and shifting excuses.
Zero Accountability: Even after working directly with the team behind the scenes—including pointing out critical security loopholes in their referral system to help them—communication completely collapsed, and support has essentially ghosted my emails and messages for months.
It's unfortunate to see a platform leverage community involvement and public giveaways for growth, only to leave active participants high and dry once the marketing push is over. I hope they choose to make things right, but potential users and partners should think twice before trusting their promotions.
