Hi Product Hunt 👋 PrintProof started with a box of 500 business cards where the logo had been trimmed off. The design looked great on screen. Nobody involved knew what bleed was. That gap has gotten much wider now that anyone can generate a poster or a sticker sheet in thirty seconds. AI image tools don't think in millimetres, CMYK or cut paths — they make a beautiful square image, and a press needs something quite different. So PrintProof sits between the two. Upload the file, tell us what you're printing, and you get a proof report in about ten seconds: Trim size — will this actually print at A5? Bleed — is there 3 mm past the trim line? Resolution — real DPI at the finished size, not at 100% zoom Color mode — what the RGB→CMYK conversion will really look like Safe area — is anything crowding the edge? Cut line — is that dashed line a real vector path, or just drawn? Each result is PASS or FIX in plain language, with the measurement to change.
