It doesn`t work for me on MBP 3.3Ghz/16GB. The video stream is totally slow and I do not have the option to remove the background, background stays gray.

@mikrochip Phil, you can lock the camera from the menubar option to remove the gray background. I would try turning off face tracking if you are facing slowness. Hiding background still works without face tracking. It’s GPU heavy rather than CPU. On M1 mac I get 30+ fps.

Hi Hunters, I made a simple macOS app so that you can show a live video of yourself on your desktop. It helps make your presentations or screen recordings more engaging. You can remove background from camera footage without requiring a green screen. It can also track your face in portrait or landscape mode similar to iPad's center stage functionality. I plan to add more useful functionality in the future with your suggestions, please let me know in the comments.
