My co-founder @razamirza and I built Prept after I got laid off.
The search became a part-time job of its own. I rewrote my resume for every role and sent out dozens of applications, and most of them disappeared. No reply, no rejection, nothing. Quick question for you: when was the last time you got real feedback after an interview?
Congrats on the launch Sarosh and Raza! The no feedback after interviews thing is so real, been on both sides of it as a hiring manager and you basicaly never tell the candidate the actual reason. The timestamps where you lost the room is the bit i like most, way more usefull than a generic score. Also like that the resume only uses facts the candidate confirmed, most ai resume tools just make stuff up. good luck today
