Hey, I’m Slam and today, I’m launching PrayBeam.
I once told my wife, “I’ll pray for you while you’re taking your exam.”
She replied, “How would I know you’re actually praying? What if you’re playing CS:GO instead?”
And I thought, that’s a really good point.
That conversation inspired me to build PrayBeam, an app that creates a visible “prayer trail” between loved ones.
With PrayBeam, you can send personal prayer notes directly to a loved one’s iPhone Home Screen widget. They can reply with “Amen” or send a prayer back, all within one simple interface.
Now, when I pray for my wife and things still don’t go her way, at least I have legitimate proof that I showed up. The rest is between her and God.

This is such a thoughtful idea. The widget angle is what really gets me, like seeing a prayer from my sister pop up on my home screen hits different than just another text. Definitely going to share this with my family.
