Hey PH! I built PR Explainer because I was tired of reviewing PRs by staring at diffs and mentally reconstructing what happened. Most AI tools just throw the diff at an LLM — which leads to hallucinated file paths and vague explanations. PR Explainer takes a different approach: a Rust-powered analysis engine builds a context graph of your changes before the LLM sees anything. It resolves dependencies, traces call sites, and classifies changes by severity — so the narration is grounded in real code, not guesswork. The whole thing runs locally in VS Code. Your code goes directly to the LLM provider — never through our servers. Would love your feedback!
