Power Leveling is a workout tracker and PR log that turns your lifts and runs into one score: your Power Level. Log your squat, bench press, deadlift, overhead press, 400 m sprint and 5K, and watch one number up to 30,000 grow as you get stronger and faster. Available in English, Spanish and French. Scores are estimates for personal training. Not affiliated with any federation, military or government body. Not medical advice; consult a professional before starting an exercise program.

Hi Product Hunt. Power Leveling is a free Android log for lifting, running and intervals, from Noland Software LLC, a small independent studio.
The idea: most trackers show lifts and runs separately. Power Leveling folds your squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press, 400 m sprint and 5K PRs into one Power Level score up to 30,000. Events are weighted equally, and a square-root curve lets small improvements still count.
The same PRs also feed powerlifting-style and military-style test scoring modes. These are estimates for training, not official and not affiliated with any federation or government body.
It also has a regular workout log with rest timer, interval presets with Health Connect heart-rate cues, a calendar, and a friends feed. The app is free with ads, and an optional Pro removes them. iOS is coming soon.
Feedback on the scoring curve and anything confusing is welcome.
