Nobody should be on call. Polylane connects your code, infra and observability data, investigates every incident and opens a pull request with the fix. If code can't fix it, you get the root cause and a recommendation.

Depot
We've been using Polylane at Depot for a few weeks now. I've never seen anything like it. I think we merged 10 PRs in the first hour it was running. Things will never be the same. A very awesome team to work with as well.
@kylegalbraith The day you started using Polylane was the first day @Polylane was actually on-call for us! 10 PRs in the first hour, I still think about that ! Your architecture is so complex our topology view couldn't even render all of it on day one 😅 Best stress test our systems have had. Thanks Kyle.
openstatus
We have been using it at @OpenStatus and it's been super helpful for us to catch some bugs we don't have time to fix
All on the free tier 🔥
@tibozaurus This is the whole point. Every team has a backlog of bugs they know about and will never get to. Now something does. It's been fantastic working with you guys, and your feedback has been instrumental in shaping @Polylane . And yes, all on the free tier 😄
OpenSauced
@bdougieyo appreciate it Brian! one less pager in the world at a time 😄
Congrats on the launch! What worked best for getting your first real users before Product Hunt — direct outreach, communities, content, or something else?
@anatolii_yukhymovych Thanks Anatolii! Most of our early users came from content. I've been writing about observability for years on my blog and at loggingsucks.com, and a lot of people who read that ended up on our waitlist. From there it was direct conversations with each of them, onboarding them one by one and fixing whatever got in their way.
I work a day job away from my laptop, so "before you wake up" is really "before I get home" for me. Last week my bot server showed every process as online for hours while nothing actually ran, because the API credit behind it was empty. No crash, no error, just silence. That's exactly the "code can't fix it, here's the root cause" case. Does Polylane catch that kind of silent failure, or does it need an error or alert to start investigating?
@richysem Polylane works while you're away from the laptop. By the time you get home, the investigation is done and the fix is waiting as a PR. Thanks Richard!
