Managing skins, outfits, and cosmetic variants across a game shouldn’t feel like digging through spreadsheets, folders, and Slack threads. PolyDrobe is a web-based asset management system built specifically for game teams working with apparel assets—skins, items, accessories, and all their variants. Built for the people who dress the game.

Hey everyone 👋
I’m Matej, the maker of PolyDrobe, thanks for checking it out!
PolyDrobe started from a pretty simple frustration:
every time I worked on games with lots of cosmetic content, we ended up managing skins in spreadsheets, documents, and scattered tools. It got hard to keep things clear and consistent as the content scaled.
When you’re dealing with hundreds of variants across seasons, rarities, and bundles, it becomes difficult to keep everything organized.
So I built PolyDrobe as a single place to manage cosmetic assets and their role in liveops, how they’re organized, released, and used in the game.
A few things it focuses on:
- managing asset variants (not just assets)
- keeping large catalogs searchable and structured
- letting teams collaborate without stepping on each other
It’s still early, and I’m actively shaping it based on feedback.
👉 I’d especially love to hear:
1. How are you currently managing cosmetic assets?
2. What would make a tool like this a no-brainer for your team?
3. Does this match how your team works?
Happy to answer anything: tech, roadmap, or decisions behind the product.
Thanks for the support 🙏
