Pohoda is a climate map that answers when to travel, not just where. Pick a trip type (beach, city, hiking, snow) and the map becomes a traffic light; scrub the year to watch conditions move. Built from 30 years of ERA5 data. Free, no sign-up, 35 languages.
easy to use and great way to explore new destination that I haven't thought of. I found a new ski destination!

Maker here. I kept booking the right place in the wrong month, so I built the tool I wanted: every point modelled from 30 years of ERA5 reanalysis (ECMWF), projected to today, fortnight by fortnight. It's a climatology, not a forecast. Coverage is strongest in Europe and expanding. Heads up that the first load pulls the full dataset so give it a few seconds, then it caches. Happy to answer anything about the data or the modelling.

Scrubbing through the year on a beach map and watching the green band slide across the Mediterranean was surprisingly addictive. The traffic-light idea actually makes climate planning feel simple instead of overwhelming.
