The apparel industry runs on a broken default: brands guess demand, over-produce, and eat the deadstock—or accept minimums that kill real personalization. We're rebuilding the factory as software. PODpartner runs its own production line end to end, with automation and order-level fulfillment that make made-to-order the norm, not the exception—no inventory, no minimums, no batch drift. The goal: become the manufacturing infrastructure brand builders build on.
Signed up and uploaded a couple of test designs, the setup was way smoother than juggling multiple print shops and the per-piece pricing made it easy to actually plan a small run without eating a minimum order.
Finally checked this out and the zero-minimum made-to-order thing is genuinely a big deal for small brands. Watching the production line run in real time gave me way more confidence than chasing email updates from a random factory.
Finally a POD setup that actually lets you order one piece without jumping through hoops. Tested a basic tee and the turnaround felt surprisingly quick for a single unit.
