What inspired us to build this?
We’ve spent years consulting and implementing tech solutions for enterprises, public sectors, and supply chains. Time and time again, we saw teams drowning in a sea of disconnected tools—using one app for sales pipelines, another for spreadsheets, a third for task management, and a completely separate log for tracking inventory. Every tool was a silo, and critical context was constantly lost in translation.
We realized businesses didn't need just another "to-do list" app; they needed a cohesive ecosystem. That’s what inspired us to build PMS-99.
What problem were we trying to solve?
Generic project management tools often treat execution like it exists in a vacuum. We wanted to solve the three biggest friction points in project lifecycle governance:
The Gap Between Pipeline and Execution: Connecting incoming projects to actual team capacity before kickoff.
Resource Burnout: Making workload management data-driven so managers can see overallocation before it creates a bottleneck.
Admin Fatigue: Reducing the manual overhead of parsing complex project sheets and Predicting risks manually.
To solve this, we architected PMS-99 around our proprietary 3O Framework (Opportunities, Optimization, and Operations), and supercharged it with intuitive AI tools—like our TOR Analyzer (which instantly processes complex project requirement documents) and AI Risk Suggestions to flag project hurdles before they happen.
How did our approach evolve while working on this launch?
Initially, we built this platform heavily tailored for strict enterprise and engineering infrastructures. However, as we moved through our private beta, we realized that modern operations teams—whether in marketing, logistics, or tech—all crave the same thing: uncompromising structure, but with absolute ease of use.
We pivoted our design focus heavily toward dynamic, automated dashboarding. We automated features like resource allocation and created a native, mini-inventory log right inside the platform, removing the need for teams to jump between tabs.
Today, we are launching PMS-99 to help you find the "missing jigsaw piece" in your team's operational ecosystem.
We would absolutely love to hear your thoughts, feedback, and feature requests. What are your biggest project management headaches right now? Let us know in the comments below!
