Most project tools force your work into someone else's shape - a fixed Kanban, a flat list, a Gantt grid. Planora throws that out. You draw your team's actual workflow. Discovery → design → build → review → ship — drop tasks in, and they flow through it. It's the same mental model you already sketch on a whiteboard, except it's live, multiplayer, and your tasks actually live inside it.

I'm a Product Designer, and Planora is the tool I always wished existed...so I built it for myself.
I've been living in it for a long time now, and the curious "what's that?" comments from people watching me work finally pushed me to share it.
The biggest surprise has been watching friends and family use it for things I never planned for: Trip planning was the first one that caught me off guard.
Have a play and tell me what you think. I'm in there fixing bugs every day.

@bugnotto Beautiful UI design, but it would be better to define what differs you from your competitors.

The multiplayer part is what would get me to try this. Sketching workflows alone in Figma and then re-explaining them in Slack is genuinely awful.
