I've got crippling ADHD and always been struggled with procrastination. People always told me that smaller tasks are -always- easier to start. But my mind didn't just work like that, I just can't break down what I want to achieve into tasks(I can but it becomes chaotic and I got lost&demoralized in a minute). I started using this technique with the dawn of GPT, which helped me a lot on building this app. It uses AI models to break down big goals into smaller tasks. The focus is on simplicity—no clutter, just a clear path from thought to action.
