Pisqre is a modern learning platform connecting students and tutors worldwide. Explore online tutoring, interactive learning, expert guidance, and flexible education beyond boundaries.

Curious how the matching actually works between students and tutors, is it purely profile-based or do you factor in timezone and learning style too? Also wondering if tutoring sessions are live only or if there's an option for asynchronous help.
@beren8s6v At Pisqre, the goal is to help students find the best-fit tutor for a specific need, not just the most visible profile. The matching considers several factors, including:
Subject expertise: Tutors are matched based on the exact subject or topic requested (e.g., Algorithms, Machine Learning, Database Systems).
Student requirements: The student specifies what they need help with assignment support, exam preparation, concept clarification, research guidance, interview preparation, etc.
Availability and timezone: Tutors who are available within the student's preferred time window are prioritized, making it easier to connect students and tutors across different countries.
Budget: Students can set a budget, and tutors can submit offers, allowing students to compare options rather than being limited to fixed pricing.
Ratings and experience: Verified reviews, teaching experience, and relevant qualifications help students make informed decisions.
Language preference: Where possible, students can choose tutors who teach in their preferred language.
As the platform grows, we also plan to incorporate additional signals such as:
Preferred teaching style (e.g., step-by-step explanations, problem-solving, exam-focused coaching).
Learning pace and prior session feedback.
Repeat tutor preferences and successful past matches.
Live vs. asynchronous support
The primary offering is live one-to-one tutoring because real-time interaction and personalized guidance are at the core of Pisqre.
However, the platform is also intended to support asynchronous help for students who don't need a live session. Examples include:
Assignment and project guidance.
Code or document reviews.
Q&A where tutors can respond within an agreed timeframe.
Feedback on reports, presentations, or research work.
This gives students the flexibility to choose the format that best fits their needs, whether it's a live session for in-depth learning or asynchronous support for tasks that don't require real-time interaction.
Found a physics tutor in under a minute and the trial session felt surprisingly smooth, not salesy. Pricing pages could use more clarity but the booking flow itself was painless.
@kardelenme36957 Thanks for the feedback
Finally checked this out over the weekend and the tutor matching felt way smoother than I expected. Liked that I could filter by time zone without the usual headache.
@mozerdogan92885 Thanks for the feedback
The global tutor matching was surprisingly easy to navigate and I booked a session with someone in another time zone within minutes. Really smooth flow for finding help on niche subjects.
The matching domain name and clean visual identity feel really intentional, and the "beyond boundaries" framing actually comes through in the layout rather than just sitting in the tagline. Nicely executed for a learning platform.
@aysunparlat Thanks for the feedback.
