I'm a Senior Account Manager in IT sales, and for years I bounced between clunky enterprise CRMs (too much overhead for one person) and messy spreadsheets (no structure, no reminders). Neither felt built for how an individual rep actually works day to day. The problem: Most CRMs are built for sales teams and managers — reporting rollups, admin panels, permission structures.
