Every flashcard app I tried was either way too broad, basically just textbook content copy-pasted in, or some side project that died 3 years ago. So PhysioHub is free, no sign-up, FSRS-powered spaced repetition. 20 decks live, 2,400+ cards. Written around clinical reasoning rather than memorising anatomy trivia, which is the bit I always felt was missing. You can open it in your browser and start in like 5 seconds, no account needed.
