As a career startup marketer, I've been involved in pitching media, investors, and partners. As the Senior Product Designer at Phalanx, I had the privilege of designing our new DeepIQ feature within the SendTurtle dashboard. Our goal was to transform the uncertainty that follows sending out important documents into clear, actionable insights. With DeepIQ, users can now visualize engagement through intuitive heatmaps, track real-time interactions, and gain a comprehensive understanding of how recipients engage with their content.
Designing DeepIQ was about more than aesthetics; it was about creating a seamless experience that empowers users to make informed decisions without the guesswork. I'm incredibly proud of what we've built and excited to see how it helps others streamline their workflows.
