Perigee reads what your Apple Watch already records - HRV, wrist temperature, resting heart rate, sleep and breathing rate - and each morning tells you in plain language how last night compared with your own recent four weeks. No score, no streaks, no advice. Log a symptom in ten seconds and see which ones turned up on the same nights as which readings. Export a PDF for your doctor, made on your iPhone and never uploaded. Built for perimenopause. iPhone and Apple Watch required.

Finally something that doesn't try to coach me through my symptoms. The plain-language morning summary comparing last night to my own baseline felt surprisingly useful, and logging a symptom really does take about ten seconds.
@sepfujiwarcyfΒ Thanks for reading. One thing worth adding, since it's what people hit first: the morning read needs a few nights before it has a baseline to compare against β Apple's wrist temperature alone takes about five nights to settle. So the first mornings are quieter than the rest, by design. Happy to answer anything about what the watch can and can't actually record.
The four-week baseline comparison is a smart way to surface real change without freaking people out over one bad night. Love that everything stays on-device too.
@hadrian_johnsonΒ Yes β and if you want that absolutely, there's a fully on-device mode: turn it on and nothing leaves your iPhone at all. The doctor PDF is made locally either way.
The cloud read sends only what it needs to write the note: last night's readings, how they compare with your own recent weeks, your age range, and the symptoms you logged. No name, no email, no Health record β nothing that identifies you. Not stored, not used for training.
