Just downloaded and completed my first Perfect Plank - LOVE this! Looking for something and someone to keep me accountable at home post baby and this is great! Core strength here I come.

Great app, especially if you need to be reminded to do your workouts! Tried the “plank” & found it to be a great core workout, which is exactly what I need.

I have been using this app for several weeks and it’s worked wonders for my stamina, strength building, and self awareness. The coach feedback and visual cues are excellent and it’s super fun to use. Planking was my least favorite exercise in my routine as I’ve found it hard to get into correct alignment which lead to more injury. This app has helped me hugely to build my core and feel empowered. It’s a game changer.
