Hi Product Hunt 👋 I built Pemvee because it was something I personally wanted to exist and for a while now, I've been intrigued by this idea: what would happen if all workouts were public before they happened and centralized in one place? In the process, I learned a lot about motivation theory and habit formation and one thing I found fascinating was keystone habits: We have habits everywhere in our lives, but certain routines — keystone habits — lead to a cascade of other actions because of them. Assume for the sake of this question that "health and fitness" = a combination of: - 1. Exercise - 2. Diet - 3. Recovery (sleep, mindfulness etc). Which of the above is your "keystone habit" in terms of *starting/ maintaining* this circle/ flywheel?
