The privacy policies all say "deleted in 1 hour" but you have to trust them. PDFCatalyst is the version where "didn't upload" is verifiable in DevTools, not promised in a policy. 24 tools, all client-side: merge, split, compress, sign (draw/type/upload), fill AcroForms with a saved profile that auto-fills name/address/KYC across any form, redact, edit existing text, watermark, page numbers, image↔PDF, deskew, QR stamp. EN + VI. Stack: React 19 + pdf.js + pdf-lib + IndexedDB. ~150 KB initial; heavy engines lazy-load per tool. Honest limits: encrypted PDFs come back rasterised after unlock (pdf-lib quirk). So I registered just to make this statement. this program is horrible and non functional for me. It uploaded my document but editing was painfully painfully horrible. It's really hard to get it to edit text and when you do you got to zoom in so far because the text box selection is just atrocious. Not worth it even at free.
