I'm a postgraduate Electronics student, and I built PDF Toolkit because I kept running into the same problem: most free PDF tools online quietly upload your files to a server to process them — which felt unnecessary, and a little unsettling for things like ID scans, certificates, or personal documents.
So I built this to run entirely in your browser using WebAssembly. Right now it handles:
🔹 Merge, Split, Compress
🔹 Image ↔ PDF conversion
🔹 Rotate, Rearrange & Delete pages
🔹 Add Watermark
🔹 Password protect / Unlock PDF
No sign-up, no watermarks on your output, no file limits — and nothing ever leaves your device.
This is very much a solo, ongoing project, so I'd genuinely love your feedback — bugs, missing features, or tools you'd want added next. Thanks for checking it out! 🙏

Merged a 40-page contract in seconds and never had to create an account, which honestly felt almost rebellious in a good way. The no file size cap part is what really sold me.

@udell_lin Thank you, Quinn! 🙏 Honestly the "no account needed" part was the whole point for me too — I got tired of tools gatekeeping basic functionality behind a sign-up wall. Really glad it handled a 40-page contract smoothly, that's a good stress test! Let me know if you run into anything else while using it.
PDF Toolkit looks super exciting—congrats to the team on the launch! 🚀

@leon_ostrez Thanks so much, Leon! 🙏 Really appreciate the support — this was a solo build, so comments like this mean a lot. Let me know if you get a chance to try it out, would love to hear what you think!
