Turn repeated, selectable PDF reference labels into internal page links. Map labels with CSV, bookmark titles or manual entries; review each match locally, then export a new linked PDF. Mapping, preview and CSV are free. Linked export is €49 once for Pro v1, up to 3 active browser installations; online licence check required. No OCR or inferred destinations. Limits: 50 MiB and 500 pages per PDF, plus processing budgets. Encrypted, signed and XFA PDFs are unsupported.

Hi Product Hunt — I’m Oualid, the maker at Kastovia. PDF Reference Linker is for PDFs where the same reference labels appear repeatedly, such as “Appendix B”. You supply the label-to-page mapping, scan selectable one-line text, and review or deselect matches before exporting a separate linked copy.
You can test mapping, scan, preview and CSV export for free. Linked PDF export costs €49 once including tax for Pro v1, for up to three active browser installations; an online licence check is required for each Pro export. The original stays unchanged. There is no OCR, automatic destination inference or linking to separate files.
You can now inspect a synthetic before/after sample without installing or paying. The product page includes the original PDF, mapping CSV and a linked result: “Appendix B” on page 1 opens page 3, and “Exhibit A” opens page 2.

Please check the supported-layout limits before buying. I’d value feedback on ambiguous labels and the review step.
