Hi,
I built this tool because I wanted a fast, privacy-first PDF editor that runs entirely in your browser, no uploads, no accounts, no tracking.
You can split, merge, rotate, sign PDFs and much more, all offline. I would love your feedback.
Finally a Pdf tool that respect privacy. I’ve always been worried about uploading sensitive files to random sites, but this one running 100% in the browser changes the game. Split, merge, compress, and even sign without worrying about data leaks. Feels like the kind of tool I’d keep bookmarked and use often.

I love the focus on privacy. Do you also offer options for password protection or removal?

@jonathan_hernandez8 password addition and removal on the browser is somehow possible but degrades the pdf quality ...
because in PDF Barber, i want to keep every feature to process file on the browser, I am still working on achieving better results ..
so currently this feature is not there in PDF Barber but I have mentioned steps on how a user can remove password from PDF without uploading their files anywhere.

It's super fast and clean. Are there any plans to include OCR for scanned PDFs?

@mackenzie_o_connor2 sorry for late reply..all the comments are visible to me now..as I want to keep everything client side, for non of the features, the file will go to the server, so I am experimenting with client side ocr and I will launch those features soon.
Great work, super cool privacy friendly!
Can be used in companies/organizations as well!
@nafih_puthen Thank you!!
