Preview CSV or Excel rows against existing Xero invoices and bills, then confirm already-made payment records. Paysweep does not move money or reconcile bank feeds. Free preview and first 3 payments per organisation free.
A payment can already be in the bank while its invoice still needs the corresponding payment record in Xero. That is a different job from sending money.
I built Paysweep for bookkeepers and finance teams with a clean, invoice-level CSV or Excel report of payments already made outside Xero. It checks references, amounts, accounts and lock dates in a preview before you confirm the records against existing invoices or bills.
Native Find & Match or Xero's Conversion Toolbox may already suit your workflow. Paysweep doesn't move funds, reconcile the bank feed or import a bank statement. Review the preview carefully to avoid recording a payment twice.
Undo is limited to payments recorded by that run, within 30 days. Payments already reconciled or part of a batch payment are left alone and listed with the reason.
