1 reviewI'm profoundly disappointed with the level of support provided by Partnero. Initially, I was captivated by the nice reviews and decided to try their services for a new project. The dashboard and user experience were impressive at first glance, and I was eager to integrate their Javascript into my website, believing it to be the fastest solution.
However, challenges arose during the integration process, necessitating support from their team. Despite my patience and multiple outreach attempts, my requests for assistance were met with a disheartening lack of urgency. It took multiple messages just to receive a basic inquiry from Gedeminas about the installation of the Universal script—a step I had already completed, as evidenced by the screenshot I provided.
The subsequent nine days of silence were followed by a suggestion to try an alternative script, which, unfortunately, did not resolve my issue. To make matters worse, I discovered that my website was being unjustly blocked despite being white-listed in Partnero's system. Despite promptly reporting this critical issue, my follow-up communications have been met with an unsettling silence for over 11 days.
This experience has led me to question the value of Partnero's offerings. A service, no matter how well-designed, loses its merit when the support behind it resembles a specter, absent when most needed. The disregard shown for customer issues not only undermines the initial promise of their product but also reflects a concerning indifference toward client success and satisfaction.
