I kept seeing teams retype invoices, receipts and forms into spreadsheets, or juggle brittle templates that break when a supplier changes its layout. Parsevix reads the document instead: you name the fields you want once, and every PDF, scan or photo comes back as clean JSON, line items included.

A few things I cared about:

Your fields, not a fixed template. Built-in categories for common documents, or your own schema. You can also skip the schema entirely.
However documents arrive. Dashboard upload, a forwarding email address per project, a synchronous REST API, webhooks and a Zapier app.
Privacy first. Names, addresses and IBANs are masked before the AI step.
