Paperfrogs is a venture studio focused on building tools, systems, and experimental products across software, design, and emerging technologies.
Our guiding principle is simple:
We build tools for things that matter.
Paperfrogs operates as a studio where ideas move from research → prototype → product. Some projects stay experimental, while others evolve into real tools used by people.
The studio currently operates through a few initiatives:
• Paperfrogs/Open — open-source tools and systems
• Paperfrogs.dev — production software and infrastructure
• Paperfrogs Labs — research and experimental prototypes
• Paperfrogs Mind — experimental models and AI workflows
• Paperfrogs Inside — side projects and internal explorations
Our goal is to build thoughtful, long-term products that solves real-world problems, rather than shipping products quickly and moving on.
We’re launching Paperfrogs here to share the studio itself — the ideas, experiments, products and tools we’ll be building over time.

Congrats on the launch. One thing that would help curious folks like me is a public changelog or dev journal showing what experiments you're actively running, which ones got shelved, and what shipped. Right now the site feels mysterious in a way that makes it hard to tell what you're actually building day to day.

A roadmap or changelog page showing what you're actively experimenting with would be super helpful, it gives builders a sense of where things are heading and what might be useful to watch or contribute to.

@sinanzwmte Thanks for the suggestion! We completely agree. Our website is currently under maintenance while we redesign the PaperFrogs experience, which is why things feel a bit quiet right now. As we continue building, we'll definitely consider adding a public roadmap or changelog to make our progress more transparent.
