Panerelay is an open-source local bridge between AI agents and the Chrome session you already use. Any agent that uses agent-browser through CLI or MCP can work in explicitly authorized tabs with your current profile and login state—no separate browser, repeated login, or cookie export. Control stays visible and revocable, background automation never steals focus, and local Codex or Qoder agents can also run from the Chrome side panel.

Hi Product Hunt! I built Panerelay because browser agents usually launch a separate profile, which loses the login state, tabs, extensions, and page context already present in daily Chrome use. Panerelay keeps agent-browser as the automation layer and connects it to only the tabs you explicitly authorize. Credentials remain in Chrome, controlled state is visible and revocable, and Agent tab selection does not switch the page you are viewing. It also brings supported local agents into the Chrome side panel; v0.1.0 includes Codex and Qoder. The project is local-first, MIT licensed, and supports macOS, Linux, and Windows. I would especially value feedback on the authorization model and on which agent-browser workflows should receive broader compatibility coverage next.
