Hi Product Hunt! I'm the developer. I run several Claude Code and Codex sessions at once, and showing one of them a screenshot meant: capture, find the file, find the right pane, paste the path, and check it didn't land in the wrong session. PaneDrop turns that into one keystroke and a pick. A few details: • It finds sessions in tmux, iTerm2 and Ghostty, and identifies the agent in each pane from its process tree. A pane it can't identify never gets text sent without confirmation. • By default it never presses Enter, so you can add your own words before sending. • Terminal.app only gets the path copied, because its scripting can't leave text in the prompt unsent. It's a free public beta for Apple Silicon Macs (macOS 14+), Developer ID signed and notarized. I'd love to hear which terminals or agents you'd want next.
