There are hundreds of websites that can sell you a flight or hotel room. But once you start thinking about staying for a few months, or actually moving there, the questions become very different. Which visa can I use? How long can I legally stay? Which city makes sense for my budget? What will a month actually cost? Where should I stay when I arrive? What do I need to sort out before getting on the plane? I found myself jumping between government websites, Reddit threads, hotel sites, spreadsheets, blogs, and endless browser tabs. So I started building Paglipat. The idea is simple: Help you go from "I'd like to live there" to having an actual plan. Right now Paglipat can help you: 🛂 Understand visa and stay options 🌏 Compare countries, cities, and neighborhoods. 💰 Work through realistic relocation costs. 🏠 Find long-stay accommodation. ✅ Build a personalized moving checklist 🤖 Ask the relocation assistant about your situation. ✈️ Search flights and accommodation when you're ready to go. It's still an early product, and I'm building it myself. I'm not trying to pretend Paglipat has everything figured out or replace every travel website on the internet. I want it to solve the messy part between thinking about moving abroad and actually doing it. I'm also building Paglipat around problems I have personally encountered while researching longer stays in Southeast Asia, which is why I'm particularly interested in making the information practical rather than filling the site with generic travel content.
