Paced is a study tracker built on spaced repetition. It puts every review of every topic into the hours you actually have, and keeps notes, a mistake deck, grades and deadlines next to the plan. Free plan on the web.

Hi Product Hunt, I'm Alex, a medical student in Lyon. This is my first launch here, so here is what Paced is, plainly.
It started as the engine of two French planners for the national medical exams (MyÆDN and MyP1). I rebuilt it in English for any field. The question it answers is the one I could never get a planner to answer at 7 am: what do I review today, and does it fit in the hours I have?
It works on topics, not cards. Each topic comes back at expanding intervals, each review shorter than the last, and the planner puts every review inside the hours left by your classes, shifts and days off. What no longer fits moves to the next days, in order. A late review still counts. You can pause one topic, or the whole review schedule at once, and resume it later. Before an exam, the last review of the sprint falls on the eve, and exam day stays free of that exam's topics.
Around the plan: a one-page "Where I stand" per subject; notes on every topic, quick capture and Ctrl/Cmd+K search; a Mistake deck with a Daily review slot (CSV export for Anki); homework with milestones; grades with a weighted average and a "what if"; Days off; "After a day off" (shift the rest of the plan instead of piling it on the next day, off by default); "Not today" on a weekly slot or a habit; "My time" (real hours next to planned ones, off until you switch it on); three starting templates for a new path; six languages.
What it is not: a flashcard app (keep Anki for cards, Paced plans around it), a tutor (nothing is generated: the schedule is arithmetic on your dates and hours), or a promise. It puts your reviews on days you actually have; the studying is still yours.
There is a free plan on the web: daily reviews, the Debrief, the Day view, up to 8 active topics, no card, no ads. Plus unlocks the rest, including grades and averages, the focus timer, Week and Month views, Plan my week, the timetable and calendar sync (your Google, Apple or Outlook calendar link as busy time): EUR 4.99 a month with a 7-day trial, EUR 23.95 for 6 months or EUR 35.90 a year on the web. The iPhone and iPad app (version 1.11) needs Plus; it has the same planner and most of what is above.
You can try the engine without an account: https://pacedstudy.com/try?ref=producthunt
Two questions for you. If you already run Anki, would a Mistake deck that exports to it be useful or redundant? And what should a day off do to a plan: pause and replan, or slide everything one day?
