OVARIANA supports everyday life between appointments: the observations you want to keep, the topics you want to explore and the questions you want to return to. !!!!! Before you scroll !!!!!: OVARIANA is built for women. You may never use it yourself. Someone you care about might: your partner, sister, mother, daughter or friend. It does not diagnose, assess risk or replace medical advice. If you’re a doctor, consider the other side of the appointment: patients arriving with a structured history

Hi Product Hunt,
I’m Tomasz, founder of MEDAI® and creator of OVARIANA®.
“When did it start?”
For women living with recurring symptoms, answering that question years later can mean trying to reconstruct a history scattered across memories, phone notes and medical appointments.
I created OVARIANA to help women record, organize and communicate those experiences, and make women’s health information more accessible.
Today, OVARIANA is a women’s health journal and educational web app. You can:
• Record symptoms and observations, including pain, bleeding, sleep, mood, energy and hot flashes.
• Review your history and return to the details you recorded.
• Explore health information covering endometriosis, PCOS, menopause, prevention and other women’s health topics.
• Prepare reports for medical appointments once your recorded history covers the selected reporting period.
One deliberate choice: a day without an entry is not treated as a symptom-free day. Missing information remains missing information.
This launch is a practical step toward a broader women’s health awareness platform, designed to grow across languages and countries, with further development informed by collaboration with healthcare professionals.
OVARIANA is one of the projects developed by MEDAI, bringing our work in software architecture and structured data into women’s health.
OVARIANA is currently available as a web app for phone and computer. Mobile versions are in development, with future distribution planned through Google Play and the Apple App Store.
Our mission is to help women bring their observations, experiences and questions into conversations about their care.
From Poland. For women everywhere. At every stage of life.
I would especially welcome your feedback: what would make recording your experiences, exploring health information or preparing for an appointment more useful to you?
Doctors interested in collaborating with us are also welcome to get in touch: hello@ovariana.app.
Thank you for taking a look.
