My co-founder and I built OtterTally because we were tired of constantly switching between Stripe and RevenueCat to check our apps' revenue. We wanted a simpler way to monitor everything without opening multiple dashboards throughout the day.
OtterTally is a native macOS menu bar app that brings Stripe and RevenueCat revenue metrics together in one place, with purchase notifications to keep you updated when sales happen.
One of our biggest goals is to show combined revenue accurately without double-counting transactions. Stripe and RevenueCat can report overlapping revenue, so getting the reconciliation algorithm right is a major focus for us.
We're looking for early users to help us test the beta, verify that the combined revenue calculations are working correctly, and tell us what's missing or confusing.
