We built Orqit because IT teams often have to use multiple disconnected tools to manage service requests, assets, users, projects, endpoints, patches, policies, and remote operations. We wanted to bring these workflows together into one AI-powered IT operations platform. Orqit combines ITSM, ITAM, User Management, Project Management, Knowledge Base, RMM, and Endpoint Management — with a strong focus on reducing repetitive service desk tickets through automation and self-service. On the endpoint side, IT teams can monitor devices, manage software and patches, enforce policies and compliance, perform remote actions, and use AI-driven insights to identify issues before they turn into support tickets. Our goal is simple: reduce IT complexity, reduce ticket volume, and give IT teams one place to manage their services and endpoints. Great all-in-one IT operations platform!

Orqit brings multiple IT modules together in one place, but what impressed me most is the Endpoint Management capabilities—monitoring devices, managing software and patches, enforcing policies, and performing remote actions from a single platform.

The pricing is also very competitive compared to the market, while maintaining great quality. We recently completed a POC, and based on our experience, we’re definitely planning to move to the next phase.
