Hi everyone, It's me, Rizal. I am happy to publish Ordermatix, a B2B order management system connecting manufacturers, distributors, and wholesalers. What makes my created Ordermatix? I created Ordermatix when a local factory (acting as a seller) in my country approached me, asking to solve the issues they were facing with their orders. Orders from their buyers were coming in from various sources (phone, fax, email, chat), and they had to manually consolidate them, slowing down the entire order process. What they expected was that all orders coming from their buyers would be gathered on one screen so that they could quickly see incoming orders. Then, they could instantly update the order status, eliminating buyers from asking for order status manually (usually by phone or email to the seller). Furthermore, the seller also hoped to automatically calculate the order amount, including the given discounts, without manual calculations. This was essential because the discount rates varied for each buyer. After implementing Ordermatix, the order process became more efficient. Their buyers could now track the real-time status of their orders without having to contact the factory, making both the buyers and the factory owner happier.
