At the same time, I’m curious how you approach one of the biggest challenges in this space: convincing teams to move away from tools they’re already used to (Slack + Linear/Jira + Notion/Coda). The switching cost is always high
I’d really love to understand:
– how comfortable the end-to-end workflow feels in practice
– whether it’s convenient to run product discovery (notes, interviews, checklists, tagging)
– whether there’s some form of database layer or structured knowledge source
– and how fast the execution feels day-to-day
