Why I Built This App
Working with small businesses that operate behind the scenes, I noticed how tough it can be to keep track of inventory. Many of the tools out there are either too complicated, too pricey, or simply don’t fit the way these businesses work. I wanted to create something different—something simple, affordable, and built specifically for these small teams so they can finally get a handle on their inventory without feeling overwhelmed.
What’s New and Unique About My Launch
Tailored for BTS SMBs:
Most inventory apps are made with retail shops or warehouses in mind. My app is designed for those businesses people don’t normally see—like consultants, event planners, workshops, and mobile services—who all have unique inventory needs that traditional tools don’t address.
Super Simple to Use:
Inventory software usually comes with a steep learning curve. I focused on an easy interface, smooth onboarding, and custom views that even less tech-savvy teams can pick up right away.
Smart Reminders and Recommendations:
This app does more than just keep count. It tells you when it’s time to restock and even makes suggestions based on your usage patterns, helping you avoid running out or over-ordering.
Works With Tools You Already Use:
Many of these businesses are still tied to tools like Excel, WhatsApp, or even SMS. My app plays nicely with those, so you can blend it into your daily routine without drastic changes.
No Extra Clutter:
By zeroing in on just the features that matter, the app stays quick and affordable, avoiding bloated add-ons you’ll never use.
What I’m Most Proud Of
Truly Helping Small Teams:
Hearing from early users about how much time and stress they’ve saved is what matters most. They feel more confident and in control, which is exactly why I built this.
Built With the Community:
Every feature and update has been shaped by real feedback from actual small businesses, meaning it does what people actually need—not just what sounds good on paper.
Standing Up for the Underserved:
My goal was always to support businesses that big software companies usually ignore. Making a practical, budget-friendly inventory app that helps BTS SMBs grow and succeed has been the most rewarding part of this whole journey.
