π Hey Product Hunt Fam!
I'm Sudeep, co-founder & CTO of Ophis and Iβm thrilled to share our public launch.
What weβre launching todayπ
Ophis β The operating system for modern creative agencies.
π§ Why use Ophis?
Creative agencies are stuck between two bad options.
Option A: tool sprawl. juggle too many tools. Projects in one place, files in another, client feedback lost in email threads.
Option B: the "all-in-one" that isn't. Most productivity tools promise to save you time, then hand you a blank page and wish you luck.
You're spending more time managing tools than doing actual creative work.
π§ How It Works
Ophis brings everything into one place.
π Command Center β Plan, track, and deliver every project from brief to final delivery. Built specifically for how creatives think and work, not how software engineers do.
π Drive β A single source of truth for all your agency and client assets. Brand guides, deliverables, documentation β everything in one place, always findable.
π¬ Feedback Studio β No more email chains or confusing markups. Clients leave precise, trackable feedback directly on your work so revisions are clear and nothing gets missed.
π€ Client HQ β Give every client a branded portal. Turn their requests into actionable projects, with real-time visibility that keeps them in the loop without the back-and-forth.
Whether you're a solo designer, a film crew, or a growing agency managing a full client roster, Ophis adapts to how you work, not the other way around.

honestly this looks really promising for smaller studios like ours. one thing that would be a game changer is adding native time tracking per project phase, so we can see exactly where hours go across deliverables and bill clients more accurately without bouncing between tools.

@kevincostnerΒ Really appreciate your feedback and we're genuinely glad it's landing well for smaller studios. Phase-level time tracking for billing makes a lot of sense, especially so you're not juggling tools just to get accurate numbers. We already have this in our pipeline, as it's been requested by a few of our users, and we're working hard to get this feature live.
